I’ve been walking outside more and more these last few weeks, and I feel more energized afterward than I did in the Spring and earlier in the Summer.
I’m not sure if this is because I have more energy these days, or what, but I am grateful. I love walking outdoors. It’s harder to stop and rest — except at the occasional traffic light, so I get more of a workout. I plan to walk tomorrow and Friday as well. I may even trade a Calisthenics workout for a nature walk next week.
My goal for the rest of Summer is to do calisthenics three days a week and walk at least twice a week. I will revise my goals and exercises when the weather turns cool.
