An endorphin addict, that is. I, once again, feel that intoxicating bliss just thinking about my next workout and the endorphin rush that follows. And no matter how exhausting the routine, I always feel more energized and cheerful after. It’s a feeling that lasts into the night. I even feel more rested when I wake the next morning, no matter how little sleep I got.
So I am officially back on track, fitness wise.
I know it’s been awhile since I last posted, but Iwill definitely try to post more regularly and keep you up to date with what I am doing to get back into shape and stay that way.
